中老年气虚药膳

Tonic Diet for Middle aged and Old People with Qi Deficiency

以下是一些适合中老年气虚的药膳:
 
一、黄芪炖鸡
 
1. 材料
- 黄芪30 - 50克、母鸡1只、葱、姜、料酒、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 将母鸡处理干净,黄芪洗净。
- 把黄芪放入鸡腹内,然后将鸡放入炖盅,加入葱、姜、料酒和适量清水。
- 大火烧开后转小火炖煮1.5 - 2小时,最后加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 黄芪具有补气升阳的功效,鸡肉能温中益气,两者搭配可有效改善中气不足等气虚症状。
 
二、人参糯米粥
 
1. 材料
- 人参3 - 5克(可选用党参15 - 20克代替)、糯米50 - 100克、冰糖适量。
2. 做法
- 将人参切成薄片(党参切段),与糯米同煮成粥。
- 待粥熟后加入冰糖,再煮片刻即可。
3. 功效
- 人参(或党参)大补元气,糯米补中益气,此粥适合气虚体弱、倦怠乏力的中老年人。
 
三、山药茯苓包子
 
1. 材料
- 山药粉100克、茯苓粉100克、面粉200克、白糖300克、猪油、青丝、红丝适量。
2. 做法
- 将山药粉、茯苓粉放入碗中,加适量水调成糊状,蒸半小时后取出,加白糖、猪油和匀成馅。
- 面粉发酵后加碱水揉匀,包馅做成包子,上笼蒸熟,撒上青丝、红丝。
3. 功效

- 山药和茯苓都有健脾益气的作用,做成包子食用方便,可改善中老年人脾胃气虚的状况。



Here are some Tonic Diet suitable for the middle-aged and elderly with qi deficiency:
 
1、 Huangqi stewed chicken
 
1. Materials
-30-50g Huangqi, 1 hen, scallions, ginger, cooking wine, salt and other appropriate seasonings.
2. Method
-Clean the hen thoroughly and wash the astragalus.
-Put Huangqi into the chicken's belly, then put the chicken into a stew pot, add scallions, ginger, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of water.
-Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours, then season with salt.
3. Effect
-Huangqi has the effect of nourishing qi and promoting yang, while chicken can warm the middle and nourish qi. The combination of the two can effectively improve symptoms of qi deficiency such as insufficient qi.
 
2、 Ginseng glutinous rice Congee
 
1. Materials
-3-5 grams of ginseng (15-20 grams of Codonopsis pilosula can be used as a substitute), 50-100 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
2. Method
-Cut ginseng into thin slices (Dangshen cut into sections) and cook them with glutinous rice into Congee.
-After the Congee is cooked, add rock sugar and cook for a while.
3. Effect
-Ginseng (or codonopsis pilosula) can greatly replenish vitality, and glutinous rice can replenish middle and replenish qi. This Congee is suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with qi deficiency, weakness and fatigue.
 
3、 Yam and Poria Bun
 
1. Materials
-100g of yam powder, 100g of Poria cocos powder, 200g of flour, 300g of white sugar, appropriate amount of lard, green silk, and red silk.
2. Method
-Put yam powder and Poria cocos powder into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water to make a paste, steam for half an hour, then take them out, add sugar, lard, and mix well to make the filling.
-After fermenting the flour, add alkaline water and knead it evenly. Make the filling into buns, steam them in a steamer, and sprinkle with green and red silk.
3. Effect
-Yam and Poria cocos both have the function of strengthening the spleen and nourishing qi. When made into steamed buns, they are convenient to eat and can improve the spleen and stomach qi deficiency in middle-aged and elderly people.
