减肥药膳

Weight loss Tonic Diet

以下是一些有助于减肥的药膳:
 
一、荷叶粥
 
1. 材料
- 鲜荷叶1张(或干荷叶20克)、粳米100克、冰糖适量。
2. 做法
- 若为鲜荷叶,洗净后煎汤,取汁去渣;若为干荷叶则先煮成浓汁。
- 然后将粳米加入荷叶汁中煮粥,快熟时加入冰糖调味。
3. 功效
- 荷叶具有清热利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血等功效,能促进脂肪分解,减少脂肪吸收,对减肥有一定帮助。
 
二、冬瓜海带汤
 
1. 材料
- 冬瓜200 - 300克、海带50克、适量的盐、葱、姜等调料。
2. 做法
- 冬瓜去皮切块,海带泡发后洗净切条。
- 锅中加水,放入冬瓜、海带、葱、姜,大火煮开后转小火煮15 - 20分钟,最后加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 冬瓜富含丙醇二酸,能抑制糖类转化为脂肪,且有利尿作用;海带含有丰富的膳食纤维,可促进肠道蠕动,减少脂肪堆积。
 
三、赤小豆薏仁粥
 
1. 材料
- 赤小豆50克、薏仁50克、粳米100克。
2. 做法
- 将赤小豆、薏仁提前浸泡2 - 3小时。
- 然后与粳米一起煮粥,煮至豆烂粥稠即可。
3. 功效

- 赤小豆利水消肿,薏仁健脾祛湿,可帮助排出体内湿气和多余水分,减少水肿型肥胖。

1、 Lotus Leaf Congee
 
1. Materials
-1 fresh lotus leaf (or 20 grams of dried lotus leaf), 100 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
2. Method
-If it is fresh lotus leaves, wash them and fry them in soup, then take the juice and remove the residue; If it is dried lotus leaves, boil them into a thick sauce first.
-Then add the japonica rice into the lotus leaf juice to cook Congee, and add rock sugar to taste when it is almost cooked.
3. Effect
-Lotus leaves have the effects of clearing heat and dampness, promoting hair growth and clearing yang, cooling blood and stopping bleeding. They can promote fat breakdown, reduce fat absorption, and have certain benefits for weight loss.
 
2、 Winter melon and kelp soup
 
1. Materials
-200-300 grams of winter melon, 50 grams of seaweed, appropriate amount of salt, scallions, ginger and other seasonings.
2. Method
-Peel and cut winter melon into pieces, soak seaweed, wash and cut into strips.
-Add water to the pot, then add winter melon, seaweed, scallions, and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce the heat to low for 15-20 minutes. Finally, season with salt.
3. Effect
-Winter melon is rich in malic acid, which can inhibit the conversion of sugars into fats and has a diuretic effect; Kelp contains abundant dietary fiber, which can promote intestinal peristalsis and reduce fat accumulation.
 
3、 Red Bean and Coix Seed Congee
 
1. Materials
-50g adzuki beans, 50g Job's tears, 100g glutinous rice.
2. Method
-Soak the adzuki beans and Job's tears in advance for 2-3 hours.
-Then cook Congee with japonica rice until the bean curd Congee is thick.
3. Effect
-Red beans are beneficial for reducing swelling and promoting diuresis, while Job's tears are beneficial for strengthening the spleen and dispelling dampness. They can help eliminate dampness and excess water from the body, reducing edema related obesity.
