改善失眠的药膳

Tonic Diet for improving insomnia

以下是一些有助于改善失眠的药膳:
 
一、百合莲子粥
 
1. 材料
- 百合30克、莲子30克、粳米100克、冰糖适量。
2. 做法
- 百合、莲子泡发后洗净,粳米淘洗干净。
- 将三者一同放入锅中,加适量水,大火煮开后转小火煮至粥稠,加入冰糖调味。
3. 功效
- 百合具有润肺止咳、清心安神的作用;莲子能养心安神、益肾涩精。此粥可宁心安神,改善失眠多梦等症状。
 
二、酸枣仁粥
 
1. 材料
- 酸枣仁30克(捣碎)、粳米100克。
2. 做法
- 先将酸枣仁放入锅中,加适量水,煎取浓汁。
- 然后将粳米放入酸枣仁汁中煮粥。
3. 功效
- 酸枣仁是常用的安神药,具有养心益肝、安神、敛汗的功效,对于心肝血虚引起的失眠效果较好。
 
三、柏子仁炖猪心
 
1. 材料
- 柏子仁15克、猪心1个,葱、姜、盐、料酒等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 猪心洗净,将柏子仁放入猪心内。
- 把猪心放入炖盅,加入葱、姜、料酒和适量清水。
- 大火烧开后转小火炖1.5 - 2小时,至猪心熟烂,加盐调味。
3. 功效

- 柏子仁有养心安神、润肠通便的功效,猪心能补心养血。这道菜可用于缓解心血不足导致的失眠、惊悸等症状。

1、 Congee with Lily and Lotus Seeds
 
1. Materials
-30 grams of lilies, 30 grams of lotus seeds, 100 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
2. Method
-Wash lilies and lotus seeds after soaking, and wash glutinous rice thoroughly.
-Put the three together in a pot, add some water, boil over high heat, turn down the heat and cook until Congee is thick, add rock sugar to taste.
3. Effect
-Lily has the effects of moistening the lungs, relieving cough, clearing the heart and calming the mind; Lotus seeds can nourish the heart, calm the mind, benefit the kidneys, and astringent essence. This Congee can calm the mind, improve insomnia and dreaminess.
 
2、 Congee with Sour Jujube Kernel
 
1. Materials
-30 grams of jujube kernels (crushed) and 100 grams of glutinous rice.
2. Method
-First, put the sour jujube kernels into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and fry to obtain a thick sauce.
-Then put the japonica rice into the wild jujube kernel juice to cook Congee.
3. Effect
-Suanzaoren is a commonly used sedative with the effects of nourishing the heart and liver, calming the mind, and reducing sweating. It has a good effect on insomnia caused by liver and liver blood deficiency.
 
3、 Stewed Pork Heart with Bai Zi Ren
 
1. Materials
-15 grams of cypress kernels, 1 pig heart, and appropriate seasonings such as scallions, ginger, salt, cooking wine, etc.
2. Method
-Wash the pig heart and put the cypress kernels into it.
-Put the pig heart into a stew pot, add scallions, ginger, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of water.
-Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours until the pork heart is cooked to perfection. Season with salt.
3. Effect
-Baiziren has the effects of nourishing the heart and calming the mind, moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements, while pig heart can nourish the heart and blood. This dish can be used to alleviate symptoms such as insomnia and palpitations caused by insufficient heart blood.
