Tonic Diet for Middle aged and Old People with Qi Deficiency

1、 Huangqi stewed chicken
1. Materials
-30-50g Huangqi, 1 hen, scallions, ginger, cooking wine, salt and other appropriate seasonings.

-Put Huangqi into the chicken's belly, then put the chicken into a stew pot, add scallions, ginger, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of water.
