降血糖的药膳

Tonic Diet for lowering blood sugar

以下是一些有助于降血糖的药膳:
 
一、山药小麦粥
 
1. 材料
- 山药60克、小麦60克、粳米30克。
2. 做法
- 将山药去皮,切成小块。小麦、粳米洗净。
- 把所有材料一起放入锅中,加适量的水,大火煮开后转小火煮成粥。
3. 功效
- 山药含有黏液蛋白,有降低血糖的作用,同时还能健脾益胃;小麦是高纤维食物,可延缓碳水化合物的吸收,有助于稳定血糖;粳米能提供一定的能量。
 
二、玉米须蚌肉汤
 
1. 材料
- 玉米须50克、蚌肉120克,葱、姜、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 蚌肉洗净,玉米须洗净用纱布包好。
- 将蚌肉与玉米须包一同放入砂锅中,加入适量的水,放入葱、姜,大火煮开后转小火煮1小时左右,最后去掉玉米须包,加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 玉米须有显著的降血糖作用,蚌肉富含蛋白质等营养成分,这道菜可清热滋阴、降血糖。
 
三、南瓜麦麸粥
 
1. 材料
- 南瓜250克、麦麸50克、粟米50克。
2. 做法
- 南瓜去皮切块,粟米洗净。
- 先煮粟米和南瓜,快熟时加入麦麸,再煮10 - 15分钟即可。
3. 功效

- 南瓜含有钴元素,能促进胰岛素分泌,有降血糖的作用;麦麸富含膳食纤维,可延缓葡萄糖的吸收,降低血糖升高的速度;粟米可提供饱腹感。

1、 Congee with Chinese Yam and Wheat
 
1. Materials
-60 grams of yam, 60 grams of wheat, and 30 grams of glutinous rice.
2. Method
-Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces. Wash wheat and glutinous rice thoroughly.
-Put all the ingredients together in a pot, add some water, boil it over high heat and turn it down to cook Congee.
3. Effect
-Yam contains mucin protein, which has the effect of lowering blood sugar and can also invigorate the spleen and stomach; Wheat is a high fiber food that can delay the absorption of carbohydrates and help stabilize blood sugar levels; Japonica rice can provide a certain amount of energy.
 
2、 Corn and clam meat soup
 
1. Materials
-50g corn silk, 120g clam meat, and appropriate seasonings such as scallions, ginger, and salt.
2. Method
-Wash the clam meat thoroughly, and wrap the corn with gauze.
-Put the clam meat and corn cobs together in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add scallions and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Finally, remove the corn cobs and season with salt.
3. Effect
-Corn has a significant hypoglycemic effect, and clam meat is rich in nutrients such as protein. This dish can clear heat, nourish yin, and lower blood sugar.
 
3、 Pumpkin Wheat Bran Congee
 
1. Materials
-250g pumpkin, 50g wheat bran, 50g corn.
2. Method
-Peel and cut pumpkin into pieces, wash corn thoroughly.
-First, cook the corn and pumpkin. When they are almost cooked, add wheat bran and cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. Effect
-Pumpkin contains cobalt element, which can promote insulin secretion and have the effect of lowering blood sugar; Wheat bran is rich in dietary fiber, which can delay the absorption of glucose and reduce the rate of blood sugar elevation; Corn can provide a sense of fullness.
