Tonic Diet for relieving depression

以下是一些可能对缓解抑郁有帮助的药膳:
 
一、甘麦大枣汤
 
1. 材料
- 甘草10克、小麦30克、大枣10颗。
2. 做法
- 将甘草、小麦、大枣洗净。
- 把三者放入锅中,加适量清水,大火煮开后转小火煮20 - 30分钟。
3. 功效
- 甘草有补脾益气、清热解毒等功效;小麦能养心安神;大枣可补中益气、养血安神。这道汤可养心安神、和中缓急,对情绪抑郁、烦躁不安等有一定的改善作用。
 
二、百合地黄粥
 
1. 材料
- 百合30克、生地黄15克、粳米100克。
2. 做法
- 百合、生地黄洗净,粳米淘洗干净。
- 先将生地黄放入锅中,加适量水,煎取药汁,去渣。
- 然后将粳米、百合放入药汁中煮粥。
3. 功效
- 百合能清心安神;生地黄清热凉血、养阴生津。此粥对阴虚内热引起的抑郁情绪、心烦失眠等有一定的调理作用。
 
三、玫瑰花粥
 
1. 材料
- 玫瑰花10 - 15克(干品)、粳米100克、冰糖适量。
2. 做法
- 玫瑰花洗净,粳米淘洗干净。
- 粳米放入锅中,加适量水,煮至粥将成时,加入玫瑰花,再煮5 - 10分钟,加入冰糖调味。
3. 功效

- 玫瑰花具有疏肝解郁、活血散瘀的功效,可改善肝郁气滞导致的抑郁情绪、胸胁胀痛等症状。

1、 Gan Mai Da Zao Tang
 
1. Materials
-10 grams of licorice, 30 grams of wheat, and 10 jujubes.
2. Method
-Wash licorice, wheat, and jujube thoroughly.
-Put the three into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
3. Effect
-Licorice has the effects of tonifying the spleen, nourishing qi, clearing heat and detoxifying; Wheat can nourish the heart and calm the mind; Jujube can nourish the middle qi, nourish the blood and calm the mind. This soup can nourish the heart, calm the mind, and alleviate anxiety, and has a certain improvement effect on emotional depression, restlessness, etc.
 
2、 Lily and Rehmannia Congee
 
1. Materials
-30g Lily, 15g Raw Rehmannia, 100g Japonica Rice.
2. Method
-Wash lilies and raw Rehmannia root thoroughly, and wash glutinous rice thoroughly.
-First, put the raw Rehmannia into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, fry to obtain the medicinal juice, and remove the residue.
-Then put the rice and lily into the medicine juice to cook Congee.
3. Effect
-Lily can clear the heart and calm the mind; Rehmannia glutinosa clears heat, cools blood, nourishes yin, and generates saliva. This Congee has a certain regulating effect on depression, upset and insomnia caused by yin deficiency and internal heat.
 
3、 Rose Congee
 
1. Materials
-10-15 grams of dried roses, 100 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
2. Method
-Wash the roses thoroughly and wash the glutinous rice thoroughly.
-Put the rice into the pot, add proper amount of water, boil until the Congee is ready, add roses, cook for another 5-10 minutes, add rock sugar to taste.
3. Effect
-Roses have the effects of soothing the liver, relieving depression, promoting blood circulation, and dispersing blood stasis. They can improve symptoms such as depression, chest and rib pain caused by liver depression and qi stagnation.
