低血压的药膳

Low blood pressure Tonic Diet

以下是一些有助于改善低血压的药膳:
 
一、人参炖鸡
 
1. 材料
- 人参10克(可选用党参30克代替)、母鸡1只(约1000 - 1500克),葱、姜、料酒、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 母鸡宰杀后去毛及内脏,洗净。人参(或党参)洗净后切成薄片。
- 将人参(或党参)片放入鸡腹内,把鸡放入炖盅,加入葱、姜、料酒和适量清水。
- 大火烧开后转小火炖煮1.5 - 2小时,至鸡肉熟烂,最后加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 人参(或党参)具有大补元气、补脾益肺的功效,鸡肉能温中益气。这道菜可补气养血,提升血压,改善低血压引起的头晕、乏力等症状。
 
二、当归生姜羊肉汤
 
1. 材料
- 当归20 - 30克、生姜30克、羊肉250 - 500克,葱、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 羊肉洗净切块,当归洗净,生姜切片。
- 先将羊肉块放入锅中,加适量水,大火煮开后撇去浮沫。
- 加入当归、生姜片、葱,转小火炖煮1.5 - 2小时,至羊肉熟烂,加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 当归养血活血,生姜温中散寒,羊肉温中补虚。此汤能补血益气,温阳散寒,适合低血压患者,可提高身体能量,升高血压。
 
三、黄芪红枣炖牛肉
 
1. 材料
- 黄芪30克、红枣10 - 15颗、牛肉250克,葱、姜、料酒、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 牛肉洗净切块,黄芪洗净,红枣洗净去核。
- 牛肉块放入锅中,加适量水,大火煮开后撇去浮沫,加入黄芪、红枣、葱、姜、料酒。
- 转小火炖煮1.5 - 2小时,至牛肉熟烂,加盐调味。
3. 功效

- 黄芪补气升阳,红枣补中益气、养血安神,牛肉补脾胃、益气血。这道菜有助于增强体质,升高血压。

1、 Ginseng stewed chicken
 
1. Materials
-10g of ginseng (30g of Codonopsis pilosula can be used as a substitute), 1 hen (about 1000-1500g), and appropriate seasonings such as scallions, ginger, cooking wine, salt, etc.
2. Method
-After slaughtering the hen, remove its feathers and internal organs, and wash it thoroughly. Wash ginseng (or Codonopsis pilosula) and cut it into thin slices.
-Put ginseng (or Codonopsis pilosula) slices into the belly of a chicken, put the chicken into a stew pot, add scallions, ginger, cooking wine, and an appropriate amount of water.
-After boiling over high heat, reduce the heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours until the chicken is cooked to perfection. Finally, season with salt.
3. Effect
-Ginseng (or Codonopsis pilosula) has the effect of greatly tonifying qi, nourishing spleen and lungs, while chicken can warm the middle and nourish qi. This dish can nourish qi and blood, raise blood pressure, and improve symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue caused by low blood pressure.
 
2、 Danggui Ginger Lamb Soup
 
1. Materials
-20-30 grams of Angelica sinensis, 30 grams of ginger, 250-500 grams of lamb, and appropriate seasonings such as scallions and salt.
2. Method
-Wash and cut lamb into pieces, wash Angelica sinensis, and slice ginger.
-First, put the lamb chunks into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and skim off the foam.
-Add Angelica sinensis, ginger slices, and scallions, simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours until the lamb is cooked to perfection, and season with salt.
3. Effect
-Danggui nourishes blood and promotes blood circulation, ginger warms and disperses cold, and lamb warms and replenishes deficiency. This soup can nourish blood and qi, warm yang and dispel cold, suitable for patients with low blood pressure, can improve body energy, and raise blood pressure.
 
3、 Huangqi Red Date Stewed Beef
 
1. Materials
-30g Huangqi, 10-15 red dates, 250g beef, and appropriate seasonings such as scallions, ginger, cooking wine, salt, etc.
2. Method
-Wash and cut beef into pieces, wash Astragalus membranaceus, wash red dates and remove pits.
-Put the beef chunks into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and add astragalus, red dates, scallions, ginger, and cooking wine.
-Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours until the beef is cooked to perfection, then season with salt.
3. Effect
-Huangqi nourishes qi and promotes yang, red dates nourish the middle and qi, nourish the blood and calm the mind, beef nourishes the spleen and stomach, and nourishes qi and blood. This dish helps to enhance physical fitness and raise blood pressure.
