Tonic Diet for osteoporosis

以下是一些对骨质疏松有帮助的药膳:
 
一、桑葚牛骨汤
 
1. 材料
- 桑葚25克、牛骨500克,料酒、姜片、葱段、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 桑葚洗净,牛骨洗净后斩成段。
- 牛骨段放入锅中,加适量清水,大火煮开后撇去浮沫,加入料酒、姜片、葱段。
- 转小火炖煮1.5 - 2小时,放入桑葚,再炖煮30分钟左右,最后加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 桑葚含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、矿物质等,具有滋阴补血的功效。牛骨富含钙质和骨胶原等营养成分,能补充钙质,增加骨密度,二者合用有助于改善骨质疏松。
 
二、黄豆猪骨汤
 
1. 材料
- 黄豆100克、猪骨500克,葱、姜、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 黄豆提前浸泡2 - 3小时,猪骨洗净斩段。
- 猪骨放入锅中,加适量清水,大火煮开后撇去浮沫,加入葱、姜。
- 放入浸泡好的黄豆,转小火炖煮1.5 - 2小时,至猪骨和黄豆熟烂,加盐调味。
3. 功效
- 黄豆富含大豆异黄酮、钙等营养物质,大豆异黄酮可调节雌激素水平,对预防和改善骨质疏松有一定作用;猪骨含有大量的钙,是补充钙质的良好食材。
 
三、山药枸杞乌鸡汤
 
1. 材料
- 山药150克、枸杞15克、乌鸡1只(约750克),葱、姜、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 山药去皮洗净切块,枸杞洗净,乌鸡宰杀后去毛及内脏,洗净。
- 乌鸡放入炖盅,加入山药、枸杞、葱、姜和适量清水。
- 大火烧开后转小火炖1.5 - 2小时,至乌鸡熟烂,加盐调味。
3. 功效

- 山药健脾益胃、滋肾益精;枸杞滋补肝肾;乌鸡富含多种氨基酸和微量元素,具有滋补身体的作用。这道菜可补肾健脾,增加骨营养,对骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。

-Soak soybeans in advance for 2-3 hours, wash and chop pig bones.
-Put pig bones into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and add scallions and ginger.
-Put in the soaked soybeans and simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours until the pork bones and soybeans are cooked to perfection. Season with salt.
3. Effect
-Soybeans are rich in nutrients such as soy isoflavones and calcium. Soy isoflavones can regulate estrogen levels and have a certain effect on preventing and improving osteoporosis; Pig bones contain a large amount of calcium and are a good ingredient for supplementing calcium.
 
3、 Yam Goji Black Chicken Soup
 
1. Materials
-150g yam, 15g goji berries, 1 black chicken (about 750g), and appropriate seasonings such as scallions, ginger, salt, etc.
2. Method
-Peel, wash and cut the yam into pieces, wash the goji berries, and after slaughtering the black chicken, remove its fur and internal organs and wash it thoroughly.
-Put the black chicken into a stew pot, add yam, goji berries, scallions, ginger, and an appropriate amount of water.
-Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 1.5-2 hours until the black chicken is cooked to perfection. Season with salt.
