高血压的药膳

Tonic Diet for hypertension

以下是一些有助于控制高血压的药膳:
 
一、芹菜粥
 
1. 材料
- 芹菜连根120克、粳米250克。
2. 做法
- 芹菜洗净,切成小段。粳米淘洗干净。
- 先将粳米放入锅中,加适量水,煮至半熟时,加入芹菜段,一同煮成粥。
3. 功效
- 芹菜具有平肝清热、祛风利湿的功效,对高血压患者有较好的食疗作用。芹菜中的芹菜素等成分有助于舒张血管,降低血压。
 
二、菊花粥
 
1. 材料
- 菊花末15克、粳米100克。
2. 做法
- 粳米淘洗干净,放入锅中,加适量水,煮至粥将成时。
- 加入菊花末,再煮5 - 10分钟即可。
3. 功效
- 菊花有清肝明目、疏风散热的作用。菊花中的黄酮类化合物等成分能够扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌缺血,同时对血压有一定的调节作用,有助于降低血压。
 
三、天麻鱼头汤
 
1. 材料
- 天麻10克、鱼头1个(约250克),生姜、葱、盐等适量调料。
2. 做法
- 鱼头洗净,天麻洗净后切成薄片。
- 将鱼头放入炖盅内,加入天麻片、生姜片、葱段和适量清水。
- 大火烧开后转小火炖1 - 1.5小时,至鱼头熟烂,加盐调味。
3. 功效

- 天麻具有息风止痉、平抑肝阳、祛风通络的功效。鱼头富含优质蛋白质等营养成分。这道汤可平肝潜阳,适用于肝阳上亢型高血压患者。

1、 Celery Congee
 
1. Materials
-120 grams of celery root and 250 grams of glutinous rice.
2. Method
-Wash the celery and cut it into small pieces. Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly.
-First, put the japonica rice into the pot, add some water, cook until half cooked, add celery section, and cook it into Congee together.
3. Effect
-Celery has the effects of calming the liver, clearing heat, dispelling wind and dampness, and has a good therapeutic effect on patients with hypertension. The components such as apigenin in celery help to dilate blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
 
2、 Chrysanthemum Congee
 
1. Materials
-15 grams of chrysanthemum powder and 100 grams of glutinous rice.
2. Method
-Clean the rice, put it into the pot, add some water, and cook it until the Congee is ready.
-Add chrysanthemum powder and cook for 5-10 minutes.
3. Effect
-Chrysanthemums have the effects of clearing the liver, improving vision, and dispelling wind and heat. The flavonoids and other components in chrysanthemums can dilate coronary arteries, improve myocardial ischemia, and have a certain regulatory effect on blood pressure, which helps to lower blood pressure.
 
3、 Tianma Fish Head Soup
 
1. Materials
-10 grams of Tianma, 1 fish head (about 250 grams), and appropriate seasonings such as ginger, scallions, salt, etc.
2. Method
-Wash the fish head and Tianma, then slice them thinly.
-Put the fish head into a stew pot, add Tianma slices, ginger slices, scallions, and an appropriate amount of water.
-Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours until the fish head is cooked to perfection. Season with salt.
3. Effect
-Tianma has the effects of relieving wind and spasms, calming liver yang, and clearing wind and meridians. Fish heads are rich in high-quality protein and other nutrients. This soup can calm the liver and latent yang, and is suitable for hypertensive patients with liver yang hyperactivity.
